Shipping Options and Prices
- Orders are processed and dispatched only on postal working days (Monday to Friday except bank holidays).
- UK Mail orders must be made before 3pm to be dispatched that day.
- Royal Mail orders must be made before 4:30pm to be dispatched that day.
- Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the next postal working day.
- Next day delivery means next postal working day.
- Saturday delivery can only be guaranteed with UK Mail Saturday service.
- Royal Mail sometimes deliver on Saturdays but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Please note that there must be someone at the delivery address to sign for the package.

UK Courier - UK Mail
- Our UK Courier service is the most reliable shipping option. For guaranteed Next Day delivery and full on-line tracking, it's a great choice for urgent and high-value orders.
- Online tracking here
- These are Next Day services, however, as mentioned above, you must order by 3pm to allow us to process it the same day.
- UK Mail packages require the customer to sign for it upon arrival. Delivery will be attempted ONCE. In the event of absence, a card will be posted through the door with instructions.
- If a package is not delivered or collected, it will be sent back to us. UK Mail charges us for undelivered packages to be returned back to our address. This charge is normally around £5 and must be passed on to you the customer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING OUT THE LAWS OF IMPORTING OUR GOODS IN YOUR COUNTRY. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS DUE TO CONFISCATION, SHIVA HEAD SHOP CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR FOR REFUNDING.
Delivery times are subject to customs inspection. There may also be duty and taxes payable, which may extend the delivery process. These are payable by the customer and not by Shiva Head Shop.
International Signed For (Royal Mail)
- Packages sent with the International Signed For service usually take about a week to deliver. There is no guaranteed delivery date.
- Your package can be tracked by Royal Mail up until its departure from the UK. After that point, the package is in the hands of the next country's postal chain which may or may not use a tracking system.
- All mail is signed for at the destination address but please note that we cannot provide a copy of the signature or say who signed for the item.
- Royal Mail does not consider a package to be lost until 2 months after the expected delivery date. We cannot replace your order until after this time.

International Express Courier
- The International Express Courier service offers fast, direct and reliable delivery straight to your door. Your package will be tracked and full compensation is available for loss or damage. The package must be signed for on delivery.
- IMPORTANT: Please make sure that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the package. Several delivery attempts will be made, however Shiva Head Shop cannot be responsible for costs incurred in either holding the package or for its return.
- Please note that Seeds cannot be shipped via International Courier.
