Ingredients:

Acorus calamus, l-phenylaline, griffonia extract, valerian extract, amino acid blend, piperine blend.

Dosage:

Take on an empty stomach, or 2 hours after eating. Persons under 70kg - take 1 Berry Mashed capsule at a time, at least 1 hour apart. Persons over 70kg - take 1-2 Berry Mashed capsules at a time, at least 1 hour apart. Do not take more than 2 at a time. Do not take more than 6 Berry Mashed capsules within 24 hours.
