Ingredients:

Calamus, kola nut, l-phehlalanine, griffonia acid blend, piperine blend.

Dosage:

Take on an empty stomach, or 2 hours after eating. Persons under 70kg - take 1 Orange X-tra capsule at a time, at least 1 hour apart. Persons over 70kg - take 1-2 Orange X-tra capsules at a time, at least 1 hour apart. Do not take more than 2 at a time. Do not take more than 6 Orange X-tra capsules within 24 hours.

Precautions:

Do not take Orange X-tra if you suffer from any medical condition. Do not take Orange X-tra if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Do not take Orange X-tra if you desire sleep within the next 8 hours. Do not mix Orange X-tra with any drugs or alcohol. Drink approximately 1 pint of water or fruit juice every hour, especially if dancing.
