Ingredients:

Argyria nervosa, acorus calamus, black pepper extract, piperine blend.

Dosage:

Take on an empty stomach, or 2 hours after eating. Persons under 70kg - take 1 Purple Ohm capsule at a time, at least 1 hour apart. Persons over 70kg - take 1-2 Purple Ohm capsules at a time, at least 1 hour apart. Do not take more than 2 at a time. Do not take more than 6 Purple Ohm capsules within 24 hours.

Precautions:

Do not take Purple Ohms if you suffer from any medical condition. Do not take Purple Ohms if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Do not take Purple Ohms if you desire sleep within the next 8 hours. Drink approximately 1 pint of water or fruit juice every hour, especially if dancing.
