Dosage:
3 capsules of Bliss Extra legal high is a very decent dose for 1 person. The more you take, the stronger the effect. You are highly unlikely to need more than 6, which is most people's limit.
Swallow with a drink, or empty into your drink, approx. 30 mins/ 1 hour before clubbing.

The average experience on Bliss Extra is 6-8 hours, but bear in mind that capsules taken later during the night will prolong the high.
