Mullein has many, many traditional uses, especially in connection with respiratory problems. Traditionally Mullein has been smoked to alleviate dry, hacking coughs associated with consumption, and even spasmodic coughs associated with asthma.

When taken as an infusion it has traditionally been used to cure earache, cramps, migraine headaches, and has even been known to help eczema, particularly around the ear.

These herbs are ideal for use with any of our herb grinders to achieve a perfect consistency.

To prepare a herb infusion add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes then strain.
