Red Clover 25g (Trifolium Pratense)

Attention all ladies! Having "women's troubles?" This little herb could well be the solution! (And many uses for all you gents as well!)

Ideal for use with one of our range of grinders, Red Clover can either be made into a tea or burned as an incense. Red Clover has been traditionally used as a means of alleviating menstrual pain as well as menopausal symptoms, as well as symptoms of prostrate enlargement.

To prepare a herb infusion add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes then strain.
