Organic Wild Lettuce 25g (Lactuca Virosa)

Wild Lettuce is much more interesting than its cousin, the common iceberg.

In Victorian times Wild Lettuce was often used as an opium substitute. Modern research has found other uses as well.

Once ground, Wild Lettuce can be made into a tea and is commonly used as both an aphrodisiac and as a sleeping aid. Have the time of your life followed by a perfectly lovely sleepy!

An ideal consistency for these herbs packets can be created by using any of our range of grinders.

To prepare a herb infusion add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes then strain.
